3.0 Case Profile
Once clients have been populated in the AMS, users will be able to view and update a number of fields related to a case, including completing Assessments and Employment Plans.
Depending on permissions, users may be able to edit some or all fields throughout the case profile, which is broken-up into three sections:
3.1 Case Details – including a change log activity for this client
3.2 Contact Information – including client’s current address
3.3 Client Information – various tabs or sections with relevant client information
