4.0 Supports System

The Supports System is where users can add and store an inventory of internal or external support programs to help clients in their caseload achieve their goals. Users manage and search for supports, as well as view matches between support programs and clients.

Matching logic has been developed in this system, which can be customized for each support, and allows users to suggest ideal supports to clients without having to sift through the entire caseload to final potential clients.
