2.1 Client List

By default, the system will list all open clients in the caseload assigned to the logged in user.

Users can also filter the list by:

  • My Caseload – Clients assigned to logged in user

  • All Clients – All clients in the database

  • Open – Active, open clients in the database

  • Closed – Inactive, closed clients in the database
