11.2 Managing Notifications
Within the users account settings, users have the ability to customize the notifications they receive.

My Clients: Job or training notifications for your clients.
Reminders: PA review, email undelivered and other reminder notifications.
Client assigned to you: Users will receive a notification when a client has been assigned to them.
My Team’s Clients: Applies to manager/admin users only. Can receive all of the above notifications for entire team’s caseload.
