11.1 Notification Types
The notification system consist of unique updates that can apply to different user groups.
When a new notification is received, the bell will have a red indicator dot, located at the top right hand side of the bell.
Each notification will have a time indicator as to when it was received.
Below is a list of the various notification types that users can receive.

11.1.1 General Notification Types
These types of notifications apply to all user types in the tool.
Client Assigned to User
Will appear when a new client has been assigned to the user.
The notification will display the name of the client, and when clicked it will bring the user to the client’s profile.

Email Returned Undelivered
Will appear when one or more client emails have returned undelivered.
The notification will display the number of emails returned undelivered and the specifice email campaign name.
When clicked it will bring the user to the specific email campaign.

11.1.2 Casemanager Notification Types
These types of notifications apply to the casemanager user, or equivalent role, in the tool.
PA Review
There are two types of PA review notification:
Due in 30 Days: Will appear as reminder when a PA review is due in 30 days time.
When clicked will bring the user to the client’s profile.
Due in 30 Days: Will appear when a PA review has surpassed the due date indicated in the client’s profile.
When clicked will bring the user to the client’s profile.

Training Status Update
When another staff member makes a training status update for a client, the casemanager assigned to the client will receive a notification.
Will indicate the name of the client, the status set and the name of the training course.
When clicked will bring the user to the client’s profile.
I.e. Training Developer sets the training status for client, Jonah. The casemanager, Nick, will receive a notification .

Job Status Update
When another staff member makes a job status update for a client, the casemanager assigned to the client will receive a notification.
Will indicate the name of the client, the status set and the name of the job.
When clicked will bring the user to the client’s profile.
I.e. Job Developer sets the job status for client, Jonah. The casemanager, Nick, will receive a notification.

11.1.3 Job/Training Developer Notification Types
These types of notifications apply to the job/training provider user, or equivalent role, in the tool.
Training Status Update
When another staff member makes a training status update for a client, the staff assigned to the training course will receive a notification.
Will indicate the name of the client, the status set and the name of the training course.
When clicked will bring the user to the training course profile.
I.e. Casemanger sets the training status for client, John Smith. The training provider, Nick, will receive a notification .

Job Status Update
When another staff member makes a job status update for a client, the staff assigned to the job will receive a notification.
Will indicate the name of the client, the status set and the name of the job.
When clicked will bring the user to the job profile.
I.e. Casemanger sets the job status for client, Davey Wavey. The job provider, Nick, will receive a notification.

Job or Training Activated/Deactivated
When a training course or job expires, the user assigned to the respective profile will receive a notification.
Will indicate the name of the training course/job and that it was set to inactive
When clicked will bring the user to the training course/ job profile.
When a training course or job is reactivated by anyone aside from the user, the user assigned to the respective profile will receive a notification.
Will indicate the name of the training course/job and that it reactivated.
When clicked will bring the user to the training course/ job profile.
